Pricing assumptions: the buyer supplies the venue, display, audio, internet and prizes. Travel, on-site staffing, more than one custom pack, more than 20 simultaneous phone controllers, and events outside the standard 60-minute production window are quoted separately. One phone may represent a table or team, so a 60-person event can run with 12 captains as the UNT format does.

Hosted Show at the Ready-to-Play price
The first three DFW organizations that reserve a date by may book the Hosted Show at the $149 Ready-to-Play price. In return, GameBash asks for a short post-event testimonial and permission to use non-sensitive event photos or clips. Dates may occur later; the booking must be signed and the 25% deposit paid by the deadline.

Built for real rooms, already played around the world.
In the last 30 days, 1,063 distinct devices took a seat in GameBash rooms, 956 games started and groups generated 431 in-game player-hours—all organically. Forty-five percent of unique visitors became players. GameBash reconnects 99% of returning seats and already supports play on browser-based TVs and Fire TV.

Does everyone need an app?
No. Guests scan a QR code or enter a room code in their phone browser.
Does everyone need a phone?
No. Individuals can play directly, or one captain can represent a table or team.
How many people can play?
A room supports up to 20 phone controllers. Team and captain formats let much larger audiences participate together.
What do we provide?
A TV or projector, reliable Wi-Fi, sound if the room is large, and any prizes. We provide the game flow, links, run sheet and the support included in your package.
Can the questions be about our group?
Yes. Signature Night includes one private content pack built for the event and hidden from the public game catalogue.
What languages are available?
The interface and host experience support English, Spanish, Hindi and Nepali. Custom content scope is confirmed before booking.
Is it family-friendly?
GameBash's default content targets a US and worldwide party audience. Regional or event-specific content is opt-in.
