GameBash legal
Terms of Use
Last updated: September 12, 2026
These terms describe the basic rules for using GameBash. By using the service, you agree to use it responsibly.
Using GameBash
GameBash provides browser-based party games for a shared screen and player phones. No account or purchase is required for the current service.
You may use GameBash for personal, family, classroom, or workplace entertainment. Do not misuse the service, interfere with other rooms, attempt to access data that is not yours, or use the service unlawfully.
Your game content
Players are responsible for the display names, answers, and other content they submit during a game. Do not submit confidential, abusive, infringing, or illegal content. Live submissions are processed only as needed to run the room.
Service availability
GameBash may add, change, suspend, or remove games and features. Internet access, compatible browsers, and third-party services are required, so uninterrupted or error-free operation cannot be guaranteed.
The service is provided as available. To the extent permitted by law, GameBash is not responsible for indirect losses arising from unavailable sessions, lost room state, or use of the service.
Ownership and third parties
GameBash software, branding, and original game content remain the property of their respective owners. References to third-party games or trademarks are descriptive and do not imply affiliation or endorsement.
Firebase, Vercel, Google, and other supporting services may apply their own terms and privacy practices. The GameBash Privacy Policy explains how these services are used here.
Changes and contact
These terms may change as GameBash evolves. The updated date above will change when material revisions are published.
